San Diego Real Estate Video Blog with Carlos Gutierrez

Right now, there is a lot of pressure on the $400K-$800K market here in San Diego.

It all has to do with the varying generations looking for homes right now. There are about 74,900,000 baby boomers; every 10 seconds, someone turns 65. Baby boomers are looking to downsize at this time; they are trying to get 2/3-bedroom homes that are in very walkable areas.

On the other hand, there are about 78,000,000 millennials between the ages of 18-34, who are starting to look at the $400K-$800K price range as well. There are also about 50,000,000 people in Gen X who are going to surpass the baby boomers by 2028.

If you're looking to purchase or sell a home in the $400K-$800K price range, give me a call. Three different segments of society are competing for homes at that price point, so you'll want all the help you can get! I would love to hear from you.

Devon - "Carlos did a good job for us. He came through, put our house on the market, and told me he’d have an offer within a couple weeks. Sure enough, we had an offer! He jumped right on the ball and his enthusiasm was really awesome."

Dr. Richard - "Carlos worked very hard to identify properties that were about to go on the market and could be acquired. He found the perfect property for us and helped us move quickly with it. It was an extraordinary efficient process and he really knows what he's doing!"

Sean - "I’m actually one of Carlos’ preferred vendors so I work with him a lot when he’s getting a home ready to sell. I’ve had a lot of experience working with him side-by-side and we’ve built up a good reputation. We work with about 3 professionals and we all refer each other for different services from handyman work, landscaping, and photography. We all get the house ready to sell and work on the curb appeal which really helps Carlos out. He’s a go-getter, hustler, and really gets on top of getting his homes ready to sell. He really keeps things moving forward for everybody."

What my happy San Diego clients have to say

"We used Carlos Gutierrez and the Paradise Found team to sell our home in Mission Beach a few months ago. It was a great experience, Carlos and his team helped us through every step of the process and made the selling of our home go extremely smoothly for both us and the buyers. We were able to get the selling price that we hoped for, for our home and the property easily closed within our 30 day escrow period. We would definitely recommend Carlos Gutierrez and Paradise Found to anyone in the area in need of either a buying or selling agent."

"My mom needed help finding the perfect home near the beach area, and he did it! She had a long list of special requests and he met each one, including the newly resurfaced pool. I'll be thinking of you as I float around with the kids this summer. Thanks. Carlos is incredibly well connected, he knows everyone and makes the most of that resource. More importantly, I trust him. I know that he will conduct himself professionally and honestly, and I know that the people he handpicks to assist with the process are cut from the same cloth. Thanks again for making this such an seemless process!"
