For any other questions about San Diego real estate,
Today, we'll discuss the key problem we're seeing in the marketplace: older homeowners who are looking to downsize.
Unfortunately, even though there are more homes on the market than there were earlier in the year, people are dropping out of the market now that school has started. Basically, we still don't have enough homes on the market for the number of buyers that are out there. That's mainly because a lot of people don't want to put their home on the market until they have a property to move into.

If you're looking for your dream retirement home, I have a
couple of great tips for you. First of

will not raise the price. We can help you determine what
improvements you might need that will get you a return on investment.
Secondly, expand your search! Some agents have access to homes that aren't on the market yet. There are also people out there who are interested in selling their homes but don't want to go through the hassle of listing it. You want a real estate agent who has access to these great homes.
