Hey everyone, welcome to my San Diego real estate updates. Today what I want to talk to you about are the downfalls of online home searches.

A lot of people have been calling me, frustrated from using these sites. What they are finding is that a lot of the homes that they have been interested in on these sites have already been sold. What they want is an up-to-the-minute update on what's going on and what's available in their area.
